1. Structure introduction

Mechanical componentsare composed machine body, driven system, mechanical bending system.  

●Main body is welded steel structure, tempered by big oven to remove strength.  

●Design and make according to China national standard, to ensure machine durability.  

●Use good quality steel tampered, quenched after processing, make machine have enough rigidity and toughness. 

● Clamp device is driven by two sets of worm gear lifter, both sides of main machine has positioning device, to ensure upper or bottom movement of the clamp device is stable.

●Electrical control system is composed of touch screen, PLC, remote control and so on. 

●Touch screen show current angle, can set bending angle. Angle is controlled by PLC, make sure bending accuracy reach 0.1 degree.
